He was punctual to on the day he came to do repairs and explained the repairs with pictures of what he found once he opened up the roof as well as pictures of the finished work. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim.
