The third day Mike just came by to tie up some loose ends and clean up. Being first time homeowners and not knowing how fencing even works, or the process, he was available to answer every question we had no matter what time of day. We also had questions about payment, because we had no idea how any of that works. He was brutally honest and advised to NEVER pay for a service in full up front..for anything. "Work requested was patching an asphalt roof (not metal) which recently lost some shingles. Crew came the next day on a Sunday afternoon which was greatly appreciated and did a great job on several bad spots on the roof. Only quibble I had was communication. Neither of the two roofers who did the repairs spoke very good English and even the owner was difficult to understand making it hard to explain the repairs needed and to get an estimate before the job began. However responding on a Sunday (heavy rain predicted for Monday) and doing a very good repair got them 5 stars."
