"Excellent! I would highly recommend working with Kevin. He was responsive, organized; kind and friendly. He replied immediately to my inquiry, had recommendations and a quote ready within 24 hours, and was thoughtful about checking-in while we explored other options. Within one week from hire, the job was completed, which included the demo of the old steps, complete clean up, and haul away. We thought we were going to have him do the new steps too, but once they started demo-ing they encountered all kinds of unexpected issues. From the start, Kevin kept us apprised. He sent pictures to explain what was happening and gave us the proper information to make decisions. When all was said and done, he actually steered us away from replacing with concrete and encouraged us to go with composite decking, which we really liked. This really was a doozy of a job and Kevin and his crew stayed until it was completed, which included having to bring in a bobcat to haul away larger pieces. They were professional the entire time and never exhibited any frustration when we spoke; they just were matter of fact and focused on wanting to complete a job well done. I even mentioned as they were leaving that I was kind of bummed their portion wrapped up so quickly because I would have enjoyed working with them longer. I will definitely be hiring him again."

"What hard workers! Really care about their work and aim to please. They installed a new concrete walk and step. They added a boulder retaining wall and a stone step leading to my sunken patio. They re-poured a area in front of my garage that was in terrible shape with cracks and pooling. They even installed a few patio blocks under a fence gate I was trying to put in myself. To start, I spent weeks in the early summer of 2021 trying to get a landscaper to return my calls and eventually visit my property. It was brutal. Either I would never hear back or when I did, I was told it would be months before someone would be available. When I contacted Nature Redesigned, Joe quickly followed up and scheduled a review of my property. We requested all new plant beds around the house and asked that our patio be power-washed and new polymeric sand be put in. Within two weeks Joe and his team were here getting the work done. When the team was working on the patio, they noticed water gushing up from under each tile as it was stepped on. It turns out that every time it rained, the water under the patio was never draining away correctly. I was concerned that if it was left in this condition and the soil underneath eroded year after year, the patio would eventually become uneven and/or collapse. The team at Nature Redesigned immediately had a plan for how to correct the issue and put in a new drain system the next day. Since my wife and I were not confident determining which plants would be appropriate, Joe took that responsibility and made sure that what we had would add a variety of color, be resistant to animals nibbling, and would thrive based on where they were positioned in the yard. His team were also quick to address any minor issues that arose. Everyone on the Nature Redesigned team was competent, courteous, and professional.
