Trevor contacted me after the first of the year to inform me that he is no longer using the services of the subcontractor who was supposed to repair the damage to my bathroom ceiling. He showed up on January 13, 2026 at the time he said he would and repaired the damage. The project is satisfactorily completed."

"Don was very prompt and quickly got the sink unclogged. It's working great. The problem is that after the work was done, the water valve under the sink began to leak. This required him coming back another day. Since I used a coupon for the first job, I had to pay for him to come again. He was fair and did the work for the same price plus parts, but I still wonder if he should have seen the leak when here the first time. If not for that, he'd get an "A" from me."

"Based on reviews, I contacted Joe to see if he could replace the pump body vice replacing both motor and pump as most other pump & well well companies wanted to do for more than $1300 despite having a perfectly good motor. Joe recommended that he not only replace the body, but because of the corrosion, he recommended also replacing the impeller and internals. Joe kept me informed as he found the components and then scheduled the work. He arrived on time and did a superb job to ensure that the irrigation system was back in service. He is a particularly engaging company owner and most enjoyable to talk with."

In the afternoon Bay Area Irrigation had several more men working on the installation. The work took approximately 8 hours to complete from the time they started. They did an excellent job cleaning up and filling in the soil over the irrigation piping."
