"DJ was quick to respond and great with communication. He came right out and didn’t estimate and followed up quickly. The work was done efficiently and timely. "Mark did a phenomenal job on a fence repair that was required at my property as I prep it for sale. From the time he first made communication to the time he finished the work, he was professional, transparent with pricing and delivered a high quality product that I'm sure the future owners of this property will enjoy. I would 100% recommend this individual to anyone looking for a fence install/repair and would absolutely use this company again."

"Perfectly! The work was completed on time (ahead of schedule) and within budget. The team took the time to educate and help with selection decisions, managed our changing requirements effortlessly, provided a transparent and thorough cost proposal, and most importantly, produced an outstanding product. Simply excellent work all around. The deck is beautiful, as you can see. We went with clear No 1 decking and white vinyl handrails with black balusters, trimmed with a white lattice skirt. Quality craftsmanship is evident in every aspect. I very highly recommend Ripwood Customs. I would not hesitate to have them back, and will be telling my friends and neighbors about them for sure. Five Stars."

"What a great family owned business to work with! I interviewed several fencing companies to make an informed decision...let's face it, replacing a fence is an investment. I chose Banks Exteriors Plus for several reasons (professional estimate, not rushing me into a quick decision, cost effectiveness, and the time element to begin the project), and I'm so glad I did. Their work was excellent and often over-and-above what I had expected (I had plenty of growth (shrubs, tree limbs, ect. to remove), and it was done perfectly. Clean-up occurred at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. The staff was personable and took the time to ask me to come check something to make sure it was exactly what I had wanted. The time that was predicted was on point and no hidden costs surprised me at the end (I still can't over the cutting of all of the growth!). Don't know what else to say...I am so pleased with the end results, and the neighbors were definitely commenting on the work done"

"Yes. He answered the call quickly. Prompt in completing the service and cleaning up the old fence."

"Responded promptly to request for cabinet repair, showed up on time and made my problem go away. Professional across the board. Will call him again!"

"Had issue with my fence blowing over and quality was able to provide emergent repairs at high quality and an affordable price and got the project done on time! Would strongly recommend working with this veteran owned company."

"Scott was awesome, he showed up right on time and did great work!  He built a courtyard from my front of house to the garage and installed a gate.  The white vinyl and beautiful gate set off my house and definitely increased my curb appeal!
I would highly recommend this Company for any fence needs.  His price was the lowest bid I got and he did the best fence work I have ever seen in the Virginia Beach area.  Scott helped me with the plans of the courtyard and with his help and suggestions the fence turned out beautiful!
