"I called Brian for a quote to have my basement and stairs carpeted. He came out with samples and measured the area. We picked the carpet that we wanted and he was able to give us the total cost. Brian was able to work with us because we were having our basement finished and needed a couple of weeks before the carpet was installed. On the day of install everything went great! They did an amazing job with the stairs and you can't see any seams. Everything was cleaned up and they vacuumed all the carpet. We also have porcelain tile that he did a great job putting the carpet next to. When we are ready to have our main floor done I will be calling Brian! <br />"

"Thorough consultation on products available, installation, and provided great information including pros and cons on the different methods for installing LVT flooring.  Owner took the time to introduce himself to us and welcome us to his store.  Sales staff were very patient and thorough in answering all of our questions and even stayed past closing on my first visit.  Also found out in my comparison shopping that their prices are competitive (and even a little lower than some) and their selection of LVT flooring is extensive. <br /> <br /> The installers did a great job.  They came on time and finished timely.  We did have a small issue with a couple of tiles that did not adhere well.  It took a little long to coordinate effort for installer to correct problem but they did work with us to resolve it."
