"My chimney crown was deteriated and needed to be replaced. I called a few companies and either they had high minimums or could not give an estimate for 4 weeks. I contacted Easy Home Improvement via their website and Gasper was out in two days to give me an estimate. He was professional and did not try to upsell me for anything. Gave me a written estimate/contract electronically which I signed that day. The team came out and did the job. They were very professional and took great care to not damage my property (e.g., tarps, hose off roof, not clean mortar bucket in lawn, etc) and cleaned up after. I was given an electronic paid receipt and pictures of the finished job as I have a two story house. Not sure how long the crown will last but I would reccomend this company to my friends."

"Jason and his primary assistant, Dustin, did a complete renovation of the living area (kitchen, living, dining, laundry). Switched windows, removed a wall, added doors, completely rearranged and updated the kitchen, and turned an ugly ceiling into a focal point. Through it all, they were professional, pleasant, creative and smart. When there was a question of color or design, the collaboration was pleasant and helpful.  I would recommend them to anyone."

"John did an excellent job and we were very happy with the results. The job did go slower and took longer than what was originally discussed. We did not care for the service from the guy he uses to do the shower door. This was not a reflection of John and he made sure the other contractor took care of us so we were happy. <br />"

"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"<p>Unfortunately, we brought back bed bugs from our hotel stay in Traverse City. We saw the signs early on and called AAPEX to be sure they did not get worse.  AAPEX returned our call quickly and their representative arrived on time.  He inspected the area and agreed that chemicals should be enough to clear up the problem.</p> <p> He sprayed the master bedroom and we opted to spray the rest of the house as a precaution (the chemicals also kills spiders). </p> <p>He completed the task in a timely manner and left his number to call if we had any issues or questions. </p> <p> The representative mentioned that there could be complications with our wicker headboard because of all the nooks and crannies. He was right; we saw at least two of those little buggers hiding out in the headboard. We ended up removing the wicker headboard and tossing it out in the trash.</p> <p> Thankfully, there has been no indication of any further activity. </p> <br />"

"I had ordered a night stand and he came in and put it together. he put two screws on the outside of the nightstand, making two big visible holes. He said he would fix it, he admitted to using the wrong screws. I paid for this, and it was his mistake, and my furniture. I told him I wasn't going to accept this. I got my money back from the night stand, and the assembly fee. The screws catch on both drawers, so they won't go in."
