David came to our home and not only explained his services but why traditional powerwashing was detrimental to our property, especially our roof and siding. David gave us a complete estimate and material that described their unique services and the reasons we should use them. We were concerned about the chemicals used on the roof and fence affecting our plants, shrubs and bushes. David assured us that they use a special neutralizer to protect the plants, which they did and everything was fine. The crew that came, Marcos, Santiago & Oscar, were extremely professional and very accommodating. Marcos listened to my concerns regarding certain decorative parts of our house exterior and went out of his way to protect them. The 3 men worked for over 5 hours doing our roof and hand-cleaning our gutters. They also did an incredible job of cleaning our bluestone steps on our patio. Their work was exceptional and more than what I expected. I would unconditionally recommend Gulf2Bay for any exterior cleaning services and we will certainly be using them again ourselves."
