"This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. Build team asked me about any issues they ran into and together we worked out a plan. Very happy with the people and the deck."

They also recommend we replace the lattice with vinyl instead of wood which looks really good! After the wood weathered for a couple of months, they came back to stain it.
