"We had a significant amount of damage to our home due to a water pipe that burst in our attic. Our entire first floor and basement were destroyed. This company made many promises and assured us of their professionalism, quality of work and experience. Unfortunately, the quality of their work has been substandard, and they have not followed through on several outstanding repairs. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, they failed to complete repairs and as such we will be forced to take legal action. I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this company for any construction projects."

"Kathy was very nice on the phone. The scheduling seemed pretty simple and the quote I was given was very reasonable. She told me she would have a quote for me that night. I waited 2 days and had to text her back to get the quote. They sent a guy out the first morning and he did arrive on time. However, he did not stay long and all he did was cut my natural gas pipe. He did not fix the issue and actually made it worse. I called Kathy twice that day and she did not answer or call me back all day. I then texted her later that day with my concerns and she finally called me back. She told me what the issue was and assured me the plumber would be back first thing this morning. No one showed up today. I contacted her again today to ask her to cancel any and all service to my house because this is unacceptable. She still has not responded to this point."
