Martin and his crew are some of the hardest working people I've ever met, and they do very high quality work, too! Now almost three years later, we had a little settlment in one paver near edge, near the remains of a huge stump that was under the property line and fence so it could not be entirely removed when we built the patio. I contacted Michael and he came over with Martin and Martin quickly determend the cause. We could see where the sand and water were going. Martin went about adding sand and tamping and putting concrete into the hole in vastly improving support for the pavers which he then reinstalled. The patio is once again, perfect! "Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. "I cannot say enough positive things about Davidson and his crew. My job was smaller than their usual jobs, I'm sure, as it's the side yard of my mobile home which was covered with mulch and rocks. "Norberto and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They removed a huge damaged tree for us, to the point of allowing the 6 ft trunk remaining to hopefully revive and regrow in the spring. Well done, and very challenging work. They also installed an intricate and elaborate drainage for a new lawn to replace an existing drainage system put in by another contract which only resulted in a dead lawn that had been overcome with an even worse water problem. Mount Olive turned a muddy mess into a perfectly draining area! We are happy to recommend them for your landscape needs and are very pleased with their work.
