"The work that was done was on a rental house that we own. Since we do not live in that state, we have yet to stop by and view the work ourselves. We had hoped to stop by prior to sending in our review, but realize that time is going by. However, our tenant who is a very long term tenant, as well as very discerning, has sent us pictures and has stated that he felt it was a good job. Also, the fact that when he quoted the job he indicated that he could not give a definite price for the exterior wall that had dry rot in it until he removed that part of the wall to see if there was more damage than could be seen by looking at it prior to removal. When we got the invoice Jack had indicated that there was no further damage behind the exterior wall and that the price quoted was what we were to pay. Thus, we feel he has done an excellent job and is also very honest. We will definitely have him do any further repairs that are needed at our rental. Another thing that impressed us was that he was very busy when we first contacted him and told us that he probably would not be able to get to the job for a couple months. However, he made time to meet with us at the house when we were in town to give us a quote and he completed the job before we expected. Again, we definitely will have him work for us again!!"

Despite an injury, exhaustion, and circumstances not under his control, he communicated and assured us that our door project would get done well and as soon as he was able. We recommend giving him a raise to show him how valuable he is to your company, and to compensate for the extremely long hours required to complete all of his assigned projects. "Windows replacement went well. Aaron’s Crew was great, friendly and very professional. We replaced 14 windows and a 2 sliding doors. One of the sliding. Doors we replaced with a French door. We did run into an issue with one window, when it arrived it was the incorrect size. Replacement window was quickly ordered and will be installed when it arrives. Just know that with polar bear your paying for the quality."

"We purchased a house built in 1957 around 2.5 years ago and needless to say have had some major upgrade projects. Last on our list for the time being was upgrading electrical (panel needed to be updated, new circuits added, and lots of new switches and outlets). We've dealt with several contractors from insulation to plumbing, and have had pretty major issues with all of them. Working with Raincap has been great and I am happy to say say we had zero issues - from responsiveness, being upfront about all anticipated costs and providing different scenarios in case they ran into issues (which they inevitably did given our wonky wiring), and showing up when they said they would, to making certain we were satisfied with the work completed before sending the final bill. While we had an idea of what we wanted done, they were able to provide their professional opinion on the feasibility of what we thought we wanted and were also able to to provide alternative options (which ended up being much better than what we originally wanted). We would most certainly recommend their services to anyone else and will be referring them out as often as we can!"
