"Carsten Cleaning is a father/son operation.  John and LJ arrived promptly, even 10 minutes early!  John and I discussed beforehand what was required on my part due to my having a very full garage -- they needed a 3 ft wide space to bring through their equipment into my townhome.  Though it wasn't requested, t also moved the smaller furniture into my kitchen, including dining room chairs, piano bench, etc.  It went very smoothly and took about an hour.  It was completed on one of our very hot summer days so the carpet was dry in about two days.
