"Can't recommend highly enough, and went above and beyond to help us out of a mess caused by the awful contractors who poorly installed a new sliding door in our 100 year old brick wall. Bert had pre-removed the brick to expand the opening of the existing door and the plan was for him to come back and simply replace the brick. I called him in a panic when the door installers told me, basically, "Your door is going to leak into the house underneath, sorry." Bert said he can take care of it, don't worry, and had Dennis, who works for him, come the next day. (Bert was on a job and went out of his way to fit us in). Of course, the next day we were expecting torrential rain and 30 mph gusts. A tarp and other reinforcements were set up that withstood the storms and Dennis ended up spending days weather-proofing our new door before he even touched the brick. He even fixed the latch on our fence and cleaned up after the door installers! The work done was as close to perfect as I could imagine. With a lot of things that didn't go according to plan, they managed to make the opening look like it had always been there. Top-notch problem solving, exceptional attention to detail, expert skill, great pride in work, and complete reliability is what I found working with Bert and Dennis. We have a lot of tuck-pointing and repair work in our future, and nobody will touch our brick except for EMR!"

From the beginning bid- they were thorough, timely, and detail oriented. Their bid was competitively priced- it
wasn?t our lowest or highest but we were so impressed with Ryan and the

The scope of the work we had done: 
·  We had a 4ft retaining wall built for our corner
lot, front yard (approx. 160 ft)
·  Evened out our yard and doubled the yard space
·  Had a 4 zone sprinkler system and uplighting
installed throughout the entire front yard
·  Added a high quality wood fence with stone
pillars  and lights installed
·  Finished with full landscaping including all
plants, trees, bushes, large granite rocks, beach pebbles, and bark.
We made changes to the project as we went along,which Ryan and Joe enthusiastically helped us with. 
They both have a great eye for detail and helped us with all the decisions along the way. 
What really makes them stand out above an A grade? Ryan was in constant
communication with us. He always worked with us, handling our questions with
patience and humor. We absolutely loved working with the entire team. Each
member is thoughtful, punctual, and hardworking.  We really can?t convey the level of
enthusiasm we feel. Every day we step out to our beautiful new yard and smile.

"Great from Start to Finish We hired Signature Tile to do the tile work for two bathrooms in our home. Chad was great to work with from start to finish. We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. "Matt called back quickly and over the phone he gave me an estimate for the cost of rebuilding my house's chimney. I had sent a couple of photos of the chimney. As he was coming over to the area for another job, he ended up stopping by and got a good look at the chimney - it would be easier to rebuild it than tuck-pointing it. He sent me a quote in email, which I agreed to, and he arranged to come over on the next non-raining day. They came as promised on the day, set up scaffolding and did the work efficiently. Good work, good communication and nice price."

"The extended new wall solved a slope problem where the tree-like shrubs were leaning over into the neighbor's yard. The appearance of the wall and fence is much improved. The contractor's suggestion to put the previous fence's replacement on top of the wall was also very positive. The new wall and fence are much more attractive and stable than the previous. (A minor point: some of the debris from the previous wall was not removed.)"
