He double and triple checked our irrigation system to make sure water was not leaking after fixing one valve and taking a rock out of another valve. Plus, he checked all the sprinkler heads and made adjustments as needed to make sure they were directed to the right areas! That is going the extra mile and I sincerely appreciate it. "I hired James to build us a Trex deck. While we were waiting forever on our County to finish the permit (no fault on Millions) they built us a hot tub deck to perfect size as well. His foreman Darren was super easy to work with. When a minor change was needed, he rolled with it and knocked it out in no time. No matter the rain, mud, or snow, they worked hard while they were here, and we are so happy with both our decks. Thank you so much Millions, James, Darren and the rest of the team. Excellent job."

"Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."
