"Everything from design to install was excellent. We worked with Kyley to create the perfect entertainment center after meeting her at one the trade shows in Tacoma. We had her over several times to make sure everything was perfect. She was very flexible and respectful of our time. On the day of install the team was on time and very polite. The project took roughly 8 hours to complete. My young girls got a kick out of watching them put everything together. We even pointed out a mistake on the shelving alignment and they immediately ordered new shelves to be made and came back to install them the very next week.
