"We held off on review for about four months because we do not believe you have a balanced picture of your experience immediately as the "newness factor" plays such a part. Last summer Halpert Construction remodeled our bathroom. We were immediately struck by the fact that Mark Halpert listened to us and did not try to take over the project like several of our other bidders seemed to want to. He also explained the whole process and after we hired him it worked just as he said. In fairness we agreed to purchase our own materials except for the basic construction materials (I must say he went above and beyond and purchased a number of things we expected to purchase.) He did help is with referrals to excellent sources. His bid was well within the parameters of the work he was providing and there were no hidden costs or cost overruns. His workers worked for him and were not day laborers and we were extremely pleased with all of them. The workers (and Mark) were excellent to work with and never got tired of explaining and answering our questions. They did their professional work perfectly but always consulted us when there was a design question. If we were having trouble they always gave us some perspectives. Even though we started early there were a couple of SNAFUs as to our part of the purchases--mostly because of the pandemic and the shortage of materials. They took it in stride and worked around these difficulties without complaint. They finished on time and cleaned up well. At the end of the job we did stick on a painting project and he gave us a good price and even pulled his main painter to take care of us that day. After four months we view this project as one of our best improvements on our house and are amazed every day when we use the shower and bathroom. We could wholeheartedly recommend Halpert Construction for any household project--large or small."

"Great job looks great. Highly recommend"

"Steve and his tile and painting professionals were always on time, exactly in budget that Steve laid out in advance with a detailed estimate (that by the way was better than 2 other estimates we got from other Angieslist contractors). Excellent work. I will use Plum-Up again and highly recommend."

"I've used Sonny builders to remodel our kitchen and they did an excellent job. Provided excellent service, excellent workmanship. They clean up after themselves. They are very respectful and we had good conversation that's why I'm using them again to remodel our bathroom. They explained everything that need to be done. They made me understand what are the steps they're going to do and I witnessed that. They followed everything what's in the contract. The outcome was so lovely that I very like. I used them for Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling , Interior painting, popcorn ceiling removal and put in recessed lights. I would highly recommend them who needs a general contractor"

"We are very happy with the final outcome. We also had a few glitches that were resolved very well. Every remodel we have done involves a few surprises but we dealt with them together and Charles does a great job with communication."

"We interviewed several general contractors before the project, but after meeting TIM at RCD we were sold. He is a great people person and we trusted his integrity immediately. He did not disappoint! That is obviously why he has been in the business for 40 years. It was a very big job and we are thrilled with the results. There are a couple of things that really stand out. 1. Tim and his entire crew were great and always willing to accommodate our constantly changing plans. Sometimes, when we wanted to upgrade the original plans, there were of course change orders. But often, our requests were made with simply a smile and the results were always exactly as we hoped. 2. Tim would often visit our project and he and his Forman Art were always on the same page. We have never seen a harder working group than the crew on our project. 3. Sometimes, we would be unsatisfied with a particular part of the project, but our comments, no matter how minuscule would be fixed until we were more than pleased. 4. Nearing completion of our project, Art would work long hours making sure every detail was completed properly. He and Tim constantly let us know that they weren't happy until we were happy. And that is exactly how the entire project proceeded to completion. We are so thrilled with the result that we have scheduled phase 2 to remodel the other two bathrooms and laundry room. No telling what our future plans will be but we will call RCD Construction first. If you are looking for a contractor to give you a high quality remodel, we highly recommend RCD Construction."

"I highly recommend Contractor Adrian Lamb owner of Affordable Builders. I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project. My father asked that additional painting be done and Adrian obliged without hesitation. Overall, I highly recommend Affordable Builders for any bathroom remodeling needs. Affordable Builders provides quality workmanship at a fair price. A 5 star rating only because that is highest rating available. Sincerely, Guillermo Lopez"

"The scope of our project was a complete remodel of a tired 1950’s vintage kitchen. The work also included the elimination of a load bearing wall an create an opened concept floor plan. Our beautiful new kitchen is so much efficient and brighter than it was. It was pleasure to work with krispel Interiors. Shimon went beyond expectations.  Having Shimon was an incredible time-saver and cost effective. He listened to what we wanted, provided feedback to our ideas, gave us options that fit our needs, and offered designs ideas. I would highly recommend krispel Interiors to you. Anabelle"
