"Brett and his team did fantastic work! The first job was repairing a balcony that was suffering from water intrusion. The 2nd job was installing/framing out sunroom windows that would actually open and close; turning the sunroom into a functional space (instead of a sauna). It is been great to walk-in there and enjoy my morning coffee! Highly recommend and very satisfied with Brett’s work."

"I have had the pleasure of working with Fausto Construction Company on several projects now. One of them being staining the deck in our patio making it look brand new. The most recent service Mr. Fausto provided was fixing the garage. I accidentally hit the wall with the tire and damaged the wall by making a big hole in the drywall. That week HOA was doing the yearly inspection and needed it fix ASAP. I was able to count on Fausto Construction to repair it. We are very pleased with the service's Mr. Fausto provided, All the work was professionally done in a timely manner. Mr. Fausto worked with me to meet all my expectations. I highly recommend Fausto Construction Company!"

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Max Minahans just finished installing new bathroom doors in my condo. I am so pleased with the great job he did from start to finish. 1) He contacted me a week before the job was to be done to suggest that he could come the day before to see what the job entailed 2) He showed up on time (7:00 AM) with all the tools necessary to complete the job. 3) He put plastic sheeting over the carpet to keep it clean. 4) He didn't complain about having to make several trips down 3 floors to his truck to plane and miter the doors. 5) He spent longer on the job than planned and didn't make an issue of it, or increase his bid. 6) He offered to install the hardware that I had intended on doing myself (and did a better job than I would have). 7) He was polite and respectful of being in my home. I will have additional projects coming up in the future and am so happy to have the name of a dependable and professional and polite contractor. Tom Karam"

"Clean and neat. Complete job done with care. 2 decks replaced for safety concerns. Beautiful solution using wire. From quote to completion easy to work with."

"We wanted three estimates. One was three times higher than BNC Builders Inc, another cancelled the estimate meeting, twice. The job was to replace a 6" by 12' rotted support beam on our second story deck. We are so glad we went with BNC. They were very professional - on time, texts to confirm every meeting. Exceptionally polite crew. They had a plan, showed up right on time with the materials, and did a great job. Highly recommended."

"This was an usual project. It was redoing a mini bar. Hard to find a contractor that would do it or had the time. Homepro was great lead by project manager Shir Hadad. Jumped right in there and took it on and got the job done. Really appreciate their professionalism."

"Quick and professionally done. Went out of his way to match some old acoustic ceiling tiles that were on top of the drywall repair. Very friendly and respectful."
