"Renovation Pros KC recently completely refaced my entire kitchen with incredible results. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC. The kitchen is the heart of my home, and results were incredibly important to me. I'm glad I chose this company to work with."

"Four years ago, my home warranty (210 Home Warranty) arranged for Ace to install a furnace. Recently, the blower motor failed, so I called to ask about getting it replaced. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with at Ace didn?t seem interested in helping or providing clear guidance. It?s frustrating because it feels like companies that work with home warranty providers sometimes take that frustration out on the customer. If that?s the case, they always have the option to opt out of those types of jobs instead of providing subpar service. Ps.. I didn?t call any other company, the blower motor was clearly the culprit to the loud noise. Considering I took out the blower motor and tried to communicate with you. The end of that conversation is the cause of this review. My furnace has 10yr parts replacement. Very unprofessional. Another company gladly helped warranty my blower motor? free of charge. Kiss my *** ace"

"Showed up 1 hr late, tracked in mud, spilled soda, defecated in my toilet, left the front door unlocked, quoted $950, charged $975, had to call for receipt, ducts do not appear clean (sand, cement, marker in top of air duct), called asked to call back in 30 min. Called back, told manager is off, call tomorrow. Told call tomorrow...said no, have manager call me back. They said ok, but if she doesn't call you by noon, go ahead and call her. Still hasn't been resolved one month later."
