"I paid an excessive amount of money to replace the heating system. The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."

Shan-Gri-La Sod Farm is family-owned and operated that started in 1939 as a poultry farm in Willow Grove, PA by my Grandfather Dewey H. Bunch, Sr. In 1967 my father, Dewey H. Bunch, Jr., purchased our farm in beautiful Bucks County, PA and began growing sod. My brother, sisters, and I all worked side by side in the fields with my mother and father learning about the importance of family and hard work, as well as the commitment required to establish and maintain a successful small family business. In 1990 I began the landscape construction division to satisfy customers wanting to deal with one qualified contractor for all of their outdoor needs. We are E.P. "Awesome company! Called on Friday and they came out first thing Saturday morning. Another company supposedly tried to snake the drain then told me the drain couldn't be unclogged and the basement floor had to be dug up to get to the main pipe to replace it- $5,000- $7,000!! Along came AllClear and said there was no way the drain could have been snaked without cutting the pipe as it was a double sink- so he cut the pipe and found the clog in the trap- snaked the main pipe where there were no problems and now the water runs right on through. So happy - will definitely call again for any future needs!! Also referred to friends and family!"
