What he realized (that the others didn't) was that a job may seem small, but it's important to the homeowner - especially if the homeowner doesn't have the skill or time to do it on his own! "We were very happy with the service from Andrew and AB Graham contracting. Andrew is extremely responsive and reliable. On the day Andrew was to come over our house to give an estimate, there was a big snowstorm and we did not expect him to come that evening. But he came and reviewed what was needed to be done and he explained in great detail the options and the pluses and minuses for each option, despite the trouble he had to get to our home in the snow. We felt very comfortable with him. He made excellent suggestions which made sense and were cost-effective. Andrew and his co-workers did a fantastic job, which included painting and re-flooring the laundry room and putting up new dry wall in the garage. We were also impressed by the following facts: eg, Andrew had fixed some "extra" small problems that he discovered during his contracted repair work; in addition, he tried to use the best material for the work within the price range. "I have used Joe Egan Painting twice now, and have had an excellent experience both times. Most recently, it was for painting several rooms and hallways as well as an exposed ceiling in the basement. Previously, it was for exterior painting of my entire house (stucco, 4,000 SF). Joe is very responsive and easy to deal, makes good recommendations, and frequently checks in during the job to make sure it's going well. His crew does great work with lots of attention to detail and they're always courteous. They show up promptly each day and come every day until the job is finished. Each time I used them Joe's pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes. I highly recommend Joe Egan Painting."

"Their work turned out good. I still need to connect with them for something that we didn't get to finish but I just hadn't reach out to them. There seems to be a little bit of a confusion about the deal that I bought because he got to outsource his handyman I guess, but other than that, the work that I requested did get done overall so I was pretty happy with it. The problem that came up as they were doing that is they switch the lights off and on and I had some outlets that blew out because of that. The guy that was supposed to fix that, I hadn't connected back with them to actually come back and do it because I've been so busy. I fixed a couple of them myself just for it to get it done and scheduling is problem because I live in Philadelphia but I work in New York so I just did it myself. It seems like some of his handyman are very knowledgeable and they got the job done. The person I got even though he worked on my shelves just wasn't a primary electrician, he just knew other things so people should be very specific about what their needs are so they could assign the right handyman."
