"Zack was serously sick at the time and we had some scheduling problems but he sent his partner to do the work. Did an outstanding job on my old very dirty roof which was stained from decades of leaves. I had some concerns about the pressure on the shingles but the advanced brush technique used for all the pressure washing and chemicals on roof made it look new again. Likewise the other areas. The deck which was in terrible shape had two coats applied by brush as I requested and easily the best it has ever looked!
