"I had a sink hole in my backyard and needed drainage, exterior, to deal with the sink hole, tie in to the French drain and bring it around to the front and tie it in with the downspout to send it out to the Sewer. Nathan and his crew did a phenomenal job! Polite, courteous, responsible, timely, all the things you want in a company you hire. It took a little longer than planned due to the wonderful rain 🌧️ but they got the job done. I would not think at all to hire them again if I have any more problems with drainage. Wonderful to work with!"

We have a hydraulic peering system to raise your home and repair the foundation. Foundation damage can occur when the earth shifts around or the foundation has been improperly installed. We can perform any structural problems as we are a masonry company that builds and constructs new basements and foundations. We offer waterproofing and repairs to all drainage problems, including storm and sanitary issues. We offer all drain line cleaning and Camera work.....and locate any underground drainage pipes.

"So far, so great! From the crew to the service team in the office, everyone has been super. I am so pleased with how the basement looks, and the quality and thoroughness of the work product makes me think it should outlive me! The crew arrived exactly on time. The foreman explained everything they would be doing, step by step, and answered all of my questions as we walked through my basement, and around my house. He was knowledgeable, patient, and with an easy manner that made him very approachable - I could ask anything (and I had a lot of questions) and he took the time to talk to me. He's great, and an asset to the company. The supervisor was excellent. He's clearly experienced, and that expertise and professionalism shows in the efficient way he worked through the project, and he looked after me and my house like I was family. I didn't interact much with the crew, but they were friendly, and in good spirits - which makes me think they like their jobs, too. And the job finished exactly when the foreman said it would. I do have follow-up questions (there's a lot to absorb, and I should have written things down), but I am confident that OSW stands by its work, not to mention its warranty. Thank you thank you thank you. This was a big, expensive project, and I feel really good about my decision to go with OSW."

New drain piping, downspouts and an outdoor sump pump was installed on time and on budget. Communication was excellent throughout the job. Nick's crew was hardworking, courteous and professional. "I wish I had hired them first! I hired another company to fix my moving bowed and shearing basement walls. They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. The work was thorough, and I feel good about it. And even better, they'll be out in 6 months to ensure everything is working as it should and make adjustments if needed."

"Received a consultation from this company in April 2024 for privacy bushed in back of home. His initial professionalism and salesmanship made me decide to use him for our project. We asked they he order and install 8 Juniper bushes for the project. Project install happened on 5/16/24. During the install, landscapers hit a sprinkler line on one of the tree sights. I understand that this happens and is sometimes part of the gig. When I noticed the damage, after the tree was installed, contacted owner. His response “ did you tell them the sprinkler line was there”. My home has water everywhere, and as a matter of fact we changed some of the location due to sprinkler line location. “ You have to tell my guys where the gas line are, and sprinkler lines”. I’m sorry, but I do not know anyone who has a map of sprinkler lines underground. Having said all of that, he said he could call his sprinkler guy, but could not guarantee his work. I than went on YouTube academy and figured it out for the next three days. Our first Juniper died early June and was replaced on 6/15. On this day, owner claims that the island was saturated with water with the tree he was replacing, and that the tree may not survive. That tree is the only tree flourishing. Currently 7/22/24 Four of the eight trees are dying. Owner has relinquished all responsibility to the grower with whom I have not even meant. Frankly, I do not even know who the grower is at this point. He has stated that I must now be in direct contact with grower. This has been the most unprofessional owner post install of service. He was paid in full and has not been honorable. I would proceed with cation and obtain everything in weighting . He is not trustworthy or honorable."
