I used to use another area service that had been highly rated. However, that business is now being run by a son who no longer thinks it's important to answer calls. He came out to the property very promptly and gave my chimney the most thorough cleaning it has ever had. I have a wood insert that I use for supplemental heating over the winter, so I do burn a lot more and it's important to me to have a safe system.
