"We just had a re-roof job completed by Xterior PRO. There were two layers of shingles. Although we didn't have leaking problems, the shingles were probably more than 25 years old and some were being blown off by storms, so we didn't want to wait for any leaks before re-roofing. The estimate provide by Xterior PRO was one of the lowest I received, but the quality was excellent. They even installed a very rugged flashing along our chimney that required cutting notches in the bricks; and this was included at no additional cost. A new attic vent was also installed, also at no additional cost! The only additional cost was a minor charge for replacing a few sheets of plywood. Our neighbors had another company re-roof their homes for a much higher price, for less roof area. I highly recommend Xterior PRO based on my experience with them, and will seek additional work from them in the future, since they also install siding and gutters."

"I called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost. Steve always responded to calls and follow-up questions promptly, Very competent and obliging. A pleasure to work with,"

"Brian's Contractors are one of the best companies out there. Aroon assisted me throughout the entire process and from the start he was professional, responsive, diligent and courteous. He took the time out to explain every detail on where my roof was damaged and how it would be replaced. They use quality products, install everything carefully, and are budget friendly. They have a large team of workers who truly care about the customer. I would recommend Brian's to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof, whether it be commercial or residential. They truly surpassed expectations and they guarantee your roof for 20 years, labor and materials. Definitely a 5-star company, will be doing business with them in the future"

"Perry’s roofing is very responsive, the communication was easy and follow up fantastic. My old roof and gutters were removed and new ones installed. It was a professional service and the team did a good job of cleaning up after themselves."

"On a Satursday I entered my request to have roof shingles fixed and flashing work done. Within a couple of hours got a call and they came out same day to give quote. Scheduled worked to be done the following Monday. Came on time, spotted additional shingle work to be done that was not visible. Work was completed within a couple of hours. I would use them again and would recommend."

"Jay and his crew did an excellent job of replacing my leaking flashing on my Slate roof dormer... Over the year it's nearly imposibule to find roofers who know how to fix and have the knowledge to repair slate roofs.. Larchmont Roofing is one of the few roofers who can do slate roofs."

"Great contractor- friendly, on time and works well with the customer! Three jobs done this 2nd time hiring Tim: repair a ceiling, stucco work and kitchen floor tile. Reasonable rates would hire again. Highly recommended"

"Very competent and responded to my call immediately. They came and fixed the leak that week They were knowledgeable with the problem and also fixed other areas on the roof. Also saw that my shingles were recalled and said that they would help with the company and process."

"Patrick and Freddy at Tiger Handyman handled my project which included a new roof and gutters as well as repairing my chimney. Bottom line: they did great , great work when they said they would do it. They told me they would be there and they were prompt and finished on time. I love the roof and the chimney looks amazing - they added copper touches which i did not really expect which really made it stand out. The communication from them was outstanding and they took pics and sent me as they went - they were professional with the contract, called me with any potential changes and respected my money like it was theirs. I will recommend them to my friends and highly recommend Tiger to anyone looking for this type of work to be done."
