"Wilburs did an excellent job on my floors and walls. I worked with Danny Salas and his crews and they did a fantastic job. My home had textured walls on the first floor and stairway. Wilburs skim-coated all the walls and repainted. They did a great job; you can’t tell that the walls are not the original surface! They also replaced the crown molding in all the 1st floor rooms. Danny was very helpful in deciding on the size of the crown molding and the end result looks great. Wilburs also redid the hardwood floors and stairs by sanding, staining and putting on polyurethane. They did a great job. The crews were professional yet friendly and they cleanup up after themselves really well. Everything they did turned out great and the pricing was very competitive!"

If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."
