"I almost never write a review (good or bad), but this one is well deserved. Design/Estimate/Order -- HM Cabinets was the first store I went to for my kitchen cabinets design and estimate. After that I shopped around for couple months and got designs/estimates from many other retailers. Decided to go ahead with HM Cabinets for 2 reasons - (1) Tamaz was quick in understanding the needs and made the designing process easy and thorough. I felt he was honest and had my best interest in mind. (2) Their quote was competitive and in fact slightly lower than others. Delivery/Post installation -- Fabuwood cabinet delivery came spot-on on the date agreed. More importantly, I was particularly impressed with the post installation support I got from HM Cabinets. Few cabinet doors were delivered scratched/broken. Tamaz created numerous RMAs with Fabuwood and replacements were shipped in no time. Overall, very happy with the services. Highly recommend."

"We can't express enough our genuine gratitude on the awesome job Mike and Nick did refacing numerous 7 yr. old painted cabinets. Totally unbelievable! They refaced all the kitchen cabinets up to our ceilings. Made legs for our granite kitchen table along with other custom things my husband wanted and refaced a powder room cabinet to the ceiling. The guest bathroom was also refaced. Finally, my bathroom was completely transformed. They added shelves to an enormous to the ceiling quadruple linen closet. Heightened and customized a large countertop, installed a larger sink plus added 2 additional drawers to my existing 4 drawers. Useless space under the sink, they put in a huge slide-in drawer. They can and will make anything you need or want and absolutely go above and beyond. Mike, Nick and Cheryl are extremely professional, personable and accommodating. We admire their super strong work ethic (never late and minutes for a lunch break). Always respectful and then hustled to finish a days work with smiles on their faces. I wish you could see all the work they did. They deserve 10 stars and the wait was well worth it--trust me. They were meticulous. Perfection at the highest level!!!! All this work was done in 4 days. Money very well spent and prices very reasonable. We trust and highly recommend them and the company (American Kitchen Refacing Inc.) they are affiliated with. "I’ve been a customer of Wilber’s for several years. Up till now I’ve always found them to be reasonable in price, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I don’t know what’s happened but, they are no longer the company they used to be. I recently hired Wilbers to repair a loose newel post at the bottom of my stairs. When Danny the estimator came he explained that it might be an easy fix or more involved if they needed to install a new 4X4 interior post. Though I requested that he provide estimates for both scenarios he only sent the estimate for the worst case scenario. I let that go because I trusted that they would do the right thing should it prove to be an easy fix. When they arrived it turned out that all that was needed was to replace the wooden board in the basement with a 2 ft. 2x4 and tighten the bolt that runs inside the post. The workers were here for 1 hour and for this Wilber’s decided that a fair price was $820. It seemed absolutely outrageous to me that they would charge me $820 to tighten a bolt so I tried reaching out to Wilber 3 times and asked that he call me back to discuss. Well he never called me back. I can only assume that he knows full well that he did is wrong and is unable to justify his outrageous pricing. It’s sad that Wilber thinks this is how you should treat a loyal customer and it’s certainly disappointing to discover what an unprofessional and unethical person he is. I certainly will never utilize the services of Wilbers ever again and I would caution anyone thinking of hiring them to think twice. Wilber is a man that lacks integrity and therefore someone you cannot trust to do business with."
