"They had been out like ten days before, and the issue expanded. I paid eight hundred dollars two weeks before, did not get me anywhere with the five thousand dollar repair. Just disappointed that the inspection and work which was done within an month prior, did not capture the problem. It ended up being so expensive for that visit."

"Wonderfully done work from very stand up guys. The crew is personable and works quickly. Everything that was needed was done and comes at a good cost. We are very happy with the results and would recommend anyone needing any excavation work to go with Brian. All piping looks great, and they did a lot of work in the time that they were here."

"I call them and they told me the charge before hand for a minimum two hour service charge, so I knew up front the cost. The repairman was here in less than an hour. He first correted the clog, and then took the time to clean the entire line to the street finding another problem with roots he cleared also. That drain now works better than it has in 25 years. I am one happy camper and would call them first in a heartbeat!"

"Had a problem with puddles appearing occasionally on basement floor; attributed initially to high water table under house; eventually, puddles appeared more frequently finally revealing leak through a rusted spot in the joint connecting an air vent to main sewer pipe. Andy came out and spent a lot of time doing a thorough analysis of the pipe work and proposing a sensible replacement configuration that would allow much easier access to the line should it ever need cleaning, and scheduled the work for a few days later. In the interim, the main sewer line in the street became completely clogged, making it clear that clogging in the main sewer line had been causing backups creating the puddles. When the sewer line completely clogged (on a Sunday night), sewer water began flooding my basement (fortunately, I have a sump pump). I called Andy in a panic to see if he could do anything for me on an emergency basis, and he was a life-saver. He correctly diagnosed what was happening over the phone, put me in touch with the proper town authorities to come out and unclog the sewer line - as soon as they corrected the problem, the water stopped coming into my basement. The re-piping was scheduled for Tuesday, and on Monday (unbeknownst to me), Andy took it upon himself to follow up with the town water/sewer department and got them to agree to pay for sanitizing my basement floor. The re-piping and the sanitary work were done the next day, to my complete satisfaction. Andy is a saint."

"They responded to our problem quickly. They arrived when they said they would. They were attentive and courteous while the problem was described. They were very proffesional in appearance. They did not look like they spent a week living under an overpass when they arrived. They promptly had a plan of action and fixed the clog."

"When I got my water bill it was for over 100.00 dollars, OMG something is wrong I live alone, I called the water company and she said I must have a hidden leak, it usually the toilet she said, put some food coloring in tank wait 5 minutes if it shows in the bowl you have a hidden leak. I put in the food coloring and didn't have to wait 5 minutes it showed up in an instant. I called waterworks plumbing on the word of a friend, Joe and his son showed up, Joe said he would look at the toilet and his son would start cleaning the furnace, my toilet was fixed in no time at all and Joe went down to help his son clean my furnace, my chimney and put in some new nozzles and filters and before I knew it they were done. WOW I was impressed, they were friendly and very respectful.

Everything came to 165.00! Amazing!! I mentioned to Joe I thought that I had air in my lines because my heat is just not right ( I told this to the company that installed my furnace about 8 years ago they sent someone again and again and still the heat was the same, they charged me for every visit too) Joe said when I turn the furnace on this year call him and he will bleed the lines from the upstairs down, this is how it's supposed to be done!! Thank you Waterworks plumbing you are the best, see you sometime in Oct or Nov."
