"no not happy with the job ,it was all about the salesThe door closed better with One broken spring , they came for a estimate it was 1107.56 I ageeded sorry I did then they took it apart then they say its going to be 1600. dollars , so I had to get it to operate, so I agreed, then they kept trying up up sale me on new hinges , and told me my garage door opener was 10 years old ,its only 6 years old, then when they were done they told me to take there pic and say how awesome they were, and give a 5 and to post it up,after I paid ,then they showed me the door will not close tight to the wall and the floor, was not happy with the job they adjusted a little better but still has a Gap on one side and not tight at the wall, then they tried to sell me more, saying its all about safety, no its not its all about the sales, Im sorry I called them would never recommend them to any one, would not want them back felt like its all about the commission don't use this CO. "Issues with new window leak after they replaced siding. Took over a year from my initial notification of the new leak for them to remove siding and investigate problem. They said old leak and exterior wall damaged from leak. Not sure how their crew hung the house siding if the wall was wet like they said. They said they would give us a bid to repair and no follow up for 2 months. Left a piece of siding off my house that whole time. Do not recommend."

"The technician pulled a roller off the door; then told me all the rollers were bad. He wanted to replace them for $150. I asked him if he checked the other rollers; he said no. The door is very easy to raise & lower by hand so I told him no. I asked him if he would check & lubricate the chain. He said that would damage the unit. The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."
