"We had 3 companies come out to bid our home exterior project. We are very happy we went with Capital to replace our roof, siding and windows. Jeff and Danny were great to work with. They took a lot of time with us at the initial meeting to answer all our questions and give us suggestions for our work. They kept us updated throughout the project as materials were delivered and when the different crews would be working on our house. The roofing crew was very efficient and hard working. Bryan the window installer was outstanding. We were very impressed with his high-quality work and attention to detail. John, Tony, and the rest of the siding crew were also fantastic. They made sure all our questions were answered as they were completing their work. Finally, we had stonework done on the front of the house and Troy, the mason, was great as well. We are thrilled with how the updates turned out! We would use Capital again and would recommend them to others!"

"Chase came to our house, evaluated our roof damage, and completed the repairs in the same day- pricing was very reasonable. We would definitely hire him or his company again- Highly Recommended!"

"Robert Radman and his crew replaced a roof for us. The process was easy from start to finish. They left the yard cleaner than they found it. I recommend wholeheartedly."

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"Trs was the only company I could get to take on my odd project of repairing stucco with vinyl siding. I was a bit worried that it may look odd, but the work that TRS did matching the color, matching up the thickness, and weatherproofing all the work was phenomenal. I'm happy that I was able to not only accept the job but do such a great job completing it and within a quick turn around."

"It was a pleasure working with the contractors at Ridge Brook Construction. They were very responsive, whenever I had questions, and made sure all the work was completed according to my home owner insurance company's schedule. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work, the new shingles look great, and the leaf guards are a much needed addition. The crew that did the roof work were fast and did a great job of cleaning up, too."

"I don’t usually leave reviews, but Luke and his team did such a great job that I felt they deserved one. We had our roof and siding replaced, and the whole process was much smoother than we expected. Luke was straightforward, communicated well, and always got back to us when we had questions. The work was completed on time, the crew was respectful, and the cleanup was excellent. The finished product looks amazing and gave our home a completely updated look. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who does what he says he’s going to do. We would absolutely hire Firm Foundation Exteriors again."
