"I contacted M and J roofing about a leak. Lous response was quick and after inspecting my roof responded with urgency. I had many roofs installed over the past several years none of which seem to work due to the pitch. The most recent roof I put on was a metal roof, which was the source of many of the problems. After Lou inspected it he told me what needed to be done and after agreeing on the contract he started immediately. They are prompt and professional and both him and his son Nick are two of the kindest human beings I ever met. They told me they'd be here at 8:00 a.m. and they were here before that, they started at 8:00 and we're done by the end of the day. Lou and Nick kept me posted each step of the way and during the removal of the metal roof they showed me what went wrong and explained why it went wrong. In short it was because of companies or people that install roofs that don't care about their work that care about ripping off unsuspecting customers. That is why in closing I will say M and J roofing should be the only and I am stressing only company anybody should want to do any work on their roof."

"Working with L&L was a very positive experience.  They were professional and responsive throughout the entire process.   A previous contractor failed to properly flash the chimney when he  installed a metal roof.  As a result, a signification amount of water was coming into the building. L&L fixed this issue in a timely matter and the quality of work was excellent. In addition, they were conscientious about cleaning the yard and building when they completed the task.

"Great job, amazing roofers and coordination."

"This is a continuation of my Jan.2014 review. In April we agreed to begin the work of replacing the roof and damaged gutter. They came and removed the old roofing, replaced any rotten wood decking and installed the new shingles and the new fascia board and gutter. They were very efficient and cleaned up when they were finished. Fast forward to Nov.2017 he came out to replace a piece of siding that had blown off in a windstorm."

"D&M best homes and Construction was very fast and efficient when setting up our new roof. Not long after meeting and setting everything up, they were out to install our roof. The installation only took one day, and the roof looks fantastic. We've noticed a huge difference with the temperature of our 2nd floor after the installation. We are very satisfied with the roof, and the team that installed it."

"Owner takes great pride on having job completed on time and within budget which it was. Very impressed with how clean the site was at the end of each day. Roof looks great and would use for other offered services."

"Fantastic! Dave Brodowski and his crew were professional and friendly. They worked long hours to get the work done. Dave and his crew removed the old shingles, placed a coating on the bare roof, and put down new shingles. They cleaned up multiple times each day. They used a remote cart with an extendable slide. Dave let us know about any issues with the bare roof. The new roof looks fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone."

"Sammy and team were amazing! They are extremely responsive, punctual, reasonable, professional, and the quality was fantastic! I needed this project done in a very quick timeframe where most contractors could not support it or would not even respond. I cannot thank Sammy and his team enough! I will be going to him again for future work!!! HUGE THANK YOU!!!"

"Excellent. Entire job, including cleanup, performed in one day. Impressive considering the old roof had to be removed and we required plywood before new roof could go on. We had a couple of minor issues a few days afterwards and they were here within hours to correct them. I would not hesitate to either recommend them or to hire them again."

"Joseph and his team does an outstanding job of fixing issues that were caused by other, incompetent contractors. At my Avon house Joseph had an extremely challenging job of finding a roof leak. He ultimately found it was caused by a previous bathroom remodeler who had screwed in vent ducting with screws too long for the job, and they had pierced the roof & shingles just out of sight when looking down at the roof. Joseph fixed everything with quality materials and craftsmanship, including the inside ceiling. He also re-flashed two roof vents. He was always on time, polite, professional and trustworthy. I will be calling Joseph for further home improvements since he does all kinds of work in addition to the roofing."
