"Tar Star was a really great choice for us. They were so responsive to our needs in terms of timing, style and communications. Anthony kept us fully informed on price, issues that arose during the job and all aspects of the job. Finally they cleaned up our yard after a full roof replacement so much that there was not a single nail, shingle or debris of any kind. Unbelievable! I would strongly recommend Tar Star to anyone."

"Back in December, during the first major storm of the season, I woke in the middle of the night to the sound of water dripping inside my wall. The next morning, I contacted several companies and left messages, worried it might take weeks for someone to even assess the damage. After receiving no callbacks the following day, I reached out to The Roofing Company and got a return call almost immediately. I explained the situation to Dylan, who quickly identified the likely issue over the phone, provided a clear price range for the repair, and came out the same day. Despite the significant snow on the roof, he had no trouble accessing it, locating the leak's source, and completing a temporary repair to get me safely through the winter. The issue turned out to be a severely deteriorated chimney. Water had been seeping in through damaged pointing and flashing, which had begun compromising the wood beneath the shingles. "The crew at James & Whitney co were extremely friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our new roof. The job was done fast and is of wonderful quality. Beyond that, this is a company that truly stands behind their work, as they have reached out to me several times in the past few months to ask how the roof is holding up. I truly couldn’t recommend James & Whitney highly enough to anyone who needs work done on their roof."

"I had shingles blow off the roof this winter. They were very good about keeping track of the weather and repaired the roof as soon as the snow was gone. They came over fixed the roof, cleaned up and were gone. Very good service."

"Kevin and his team were professional, friendly and did a great job cleaning the moss and pine needles off the roof and gutter guards."

"Kevin and his crew showed up early and got right to work. Finish product is looking great. There was a small issue with a few of the baffles in the attic not being secured correctly and Kevin took care of it quickly. Would definitely recommend JP Carroll."

"Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the 3rd roofer to inspect my very simple repair job (replacing a single edge shingle) and the estimator (Adam) was the only one of the 3 to offer a repair right away. I hired him on the spot and he completed the job in about 1/2 hour for less than what the others quoted. Very happy with the outcome. Would hire this roofer again."

"Having reached out to several roofing contractors I found the initial team (Steve quoted the job and Mark who is the owner) to be knowledgeable, extremely professional and competitive with the price. After signing the agreement I was assigned a representative (I was in contact with Paul) and he kept me updated on the timing of shingle delivery, dumpster and when the crew would be onsite to work. The work was completed within the timeframe they quoted and was done well. The roof looks great and they made sure the area around the house was left spotless without bits of shingles or nails. I would definitely hire them again and feel comfortable recommending them as a quality roofing company."
