"I recommend anyone that is looking to get their sidings done to look for Ideal Siding. I have been hit hard with the hail storm last year and these guys did a phenomenal job at making sure my house looked good as new. The price was completely reasonable and definitely worth it! Definitely a company I would call again."

"I hired the company to replace all the vinyl siding on my house and replace four windows. The crew completed the job in four strait 10+ hour days. The crew did exceptional work and asked me questions throughout the project to make sure the project would be completed to my satisfaction. The company was in touch with me regularly to make sure everything was proceeding according to plan. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the final outcome."

"It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend!"

"The installation process itself was efficient, quick, and professional. The Long Roofing customer service representative kept us apprised of the work and installation, and promised to come and review the finished work. However, after installation, they never followed up their own work! For example, one day after installation, the new faucet came out of its socket, and we didnâ t know what to do. I communicated with the customer service person whom I had communicated to PRIOR to installation about this problem, but he never even bothered to communicate back!!! Itâ s almost as if, after installation, and Long Roofing had gotten paid, they ghosted us as a customer!!! No follow up, no response to questions about the dislocated faucet, for example, NOTHING. This is sad because we love the new shower, but we were told that Long Baths will follow up and attend to all our concerns post-installation. But it seems after getting paid, they donâ t care about their customers any longer, which is sad! Before installation, the customer representative even bragged about how their work has a warranty of â 50 yearsâ ! But if they canâ t follow up on their own work within 48 hours of completion, how will they guarantee it for â 50 yearsâ ?!?! Very poor treatment of customers. Sad indeedâ ¦"

"All Weather Exteriors did an amazing job in replacing the roof of our house. Their prices were competitive comparing to other quotes we solicited but the main differentiators were the customer service level from the sale person to the project manager to the installers which were all exceptional. The installers were proficient, showed great teamwork, completed the roof, a gazebo and a large shed in 2 days. They did a great job in protecting our house from damages while performing the job as they promised and did a great job in cleaning up after each night and at the end of the project. We were extremely pleased overall with how well the project went, with how our new roof looks, how professional All Weather Exteriors were throughout the process. We were impressed with the attentiveness and oversight including having the owner of the company to come out at the end to inspect the quality of the work of his employees. In summary, we would strongly recommend All Weather Exteriors to any future roofing projects and would use them again without hesitation."

"We had them do siding and windows on our house. Its approx. 20x60 with additions. They did 13 windows that have a LT transferable warranty. The siding included a whole house vapor barrier wrap (at our request) then they installed insulated siding. Everything went smoothly, very courteous, and professional. They cleaned up the job site daily, and kept it relatively clean throughout the day. Everything was completed on time, and we were informed of any issues that did arise. Overall a fantastic company to work with, if I do need windows or siding ever again, they will be my first call. **the approx. price below is for the windows and siding combined."

"True North Contacting stepped in as the replacement for a contractor that I hired and then never showed up to do the job. They were prompt, professional and are the only reason that my project was successful. The workmanship was superior, and the detailed tile work they did came out beautiful. There are so many contractors to choose from in these times, but True North is above and beyond the rest. Look no further if you want an honest professional contractor that not only shows up, but also provides amazing workmanship at a fair price."

"Robert Aubrey responded to to my request within 20 minutes. He listened to my concern and researched possible solutions. The window in my door needed to be replaced. He searched places that carried the window and found a source that had it in stock. He was quick to pick it up and install it."

"OTB was great to deal with. Wind storm ripped half the shingles off of my garage, Chris came out the next day to give me a quote. Price was excellent and the job was done a week later. His contractor was well informed and professional, and left my home looking better than ever. I would highly recommend using them for any project."
