"The biggest problem was the crew didn't have a graph of the English language. The owner was friendly and I mentioned to him that we had some plants that needed to be protected. The owner was not on the site and everyone on the crew was non English speaking. This was not explained to the Foreman about the plants. The place was trashed and the roof was slapped on. I had to leave work to come home and supervise the job. It was a horrifying experience. There were always that they didn't show up when they were suppose to. When I pointed out the plants they pretty much ignored me and kept working."
