The representative was right on time and very professional. He explained the etching process that causes battery acid to create deep stains in cement. He very honestly explained the way such stains respond to cleaners and hot water pressure washing. Rather than try to take a job his services were not likely to satisfactorily complete, he recommended trying other options."
