When Ivan called, the first question he asked me was what year my house was built when I explained I wanted old popcorn ceiling removed. I was very impressed since I had read homes built in the 80s were needing to be tested for asbestos prior to popcorn removal and we had that done already. Thankfully our home was asbestos free. The knowledge shown from the first sentence and I was sold! They were on time and finished the same day as we needed.
