"The pool install went relatively smooth until they installed the electrical panel in a spot I specifically asked them not to. Then I pointed out that they forgot to install the erosion chlorine feeder. Unfortunately they had already done a horrible job of laying out the plumbing for the equipment so there was no room to install the chlorine feeder without either replacing most of the equipment plumbing and rebuilding it or, drilling holes into the side of the existing pipes and installing the feeder with tubing which is much more prone to leaking and not an ideal situation. They never returned a single call to resolve those issues and refuse to acknowledge the documented clearance requirements I gave them for the electrical panel. Their customer service is horrible and this experience makes me regret ever installing a pool. Look elsewhere for a pool company."
