"Greg was great! He took a look at the issue and was able to repair a vintage lock mechanism on an old large door of our property. Previously a locksmith we hired came out and claimed that the lock was broken, missing pieces, and had bent parts. I should find a finish carpenter and replace the mechanism - hence I ended up calling Greg. Greg was able to take a look.
