"Everything went very well. We worked with Jason and he was amazing. He did a very thorough job explaining everything up front and made some great suggestions for some corrective measures that were needed from wear and tear with the old roof. The follow up was excellent and when the crew was scheduled to come out they were always on time. The workmanship was very, very good and everyone was very professional. Throughout the roof replacement, the crew did an amazing job keeping all the debris picked up as they went along. They were very careful with all of the scrubs around the house as well as the pool area. Based upon the reviews at Angie's List I chose Mountain State Renovations to do the job. <br /> The job was done well and timely. The crew was very capable, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We made a running change on one corner of the house that involved some extra work on their part - no problem. The workmanship was excellent. The end product was better than the original on the house. They found a couple of problem areas near the gutters and fixed them as they said they would - no charge. <br /> I cannot recommend them enough. "I worked with the Hurricane office of Chimney Doctor and had an excellent experience. They scheduled a convenient time only a few days in the future. The owner called to confirm the day before, and the technician called en route. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, doing their minor work very neatly. The main technician explained what he his analysis revealed and explained possible minor remedies and a recommended timeline in the future. Cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this group and use them in the future."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "<p>He did an excellent job.    At the time, he was managing the maintenance of an apartment complex, so he was only available on the weekends.  However, the work was completed every weekend, including holidays (July 4 specifically).   He kept us appraised of progress and tweaked his work along the way.   For example, when he started we didn't think there was that much dirt and sediment on the boat launch. and we asked that the dirt be placed upon the upper level.   Once we realized how much dirt there was, he changed the design of the wall to include deadmen (I think that's what he called them) to ensure the wall wouldn't collapse.   He did a wonderful job and would periodically request we review his work to ensure we were happy.   He is a hard worker and never sits still.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
