The thing I didn't like was that he told me the store had forgotten to include a charge for one thing and he needed me to write out a check for it. So I wrote out an extra check. I would have liked to have known that I could be charged extra over what I had paid. A few months later the carpet wrinkled up. Ogden's Carpet had guaranteed the install on it, so they came back and stretched the carpet again. Overall they were a good company to work with, they just get a B on price for the employee charging me more."
