They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

"The spring on my garage door broke on a Friday. I submitted a request for quotes late Friday night and Karen called me on Saturday morning to schedule a time for the repair. Bob was available on Monday afternoon and he completed the repair despite having to work around a car that couldn't be moved out of the way. He reused parts that were still good to save me some money, and my garage door was working again within a couple of hours. Customer service doesn't get any better than this. Highly recommended!"

"Contacted Adams Garage Doors for a single carriage style garage door. Quick response to come out and give quote. Called back several times with questions and received prompt answers. Settled on door and was advised it would be approximately two weeks to get the door. Waited a month and heard nothing from Adams Garage Doors. Attempted to contact company four times over a span of just short of a week with no answer and no response. So in total since original agreement on door it has been 5-6 weeks now and have been unable to contact company and received no response to my phone calls or messages left. Have had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get down payment returned.

####UPDATE####. While it should not have taken a week of calls, contacting my card company, and writing this review Adam from Adams Garage Doors did contact me. He explained there had been a series of mistakes on his part. He set up a time within the next couple of days to come install the door. They did come out on a Saturday morning and installed the door. The individual installing the door was friendly and from what I can see did a good job."
