Second, when a raccoon tore open the roof it left a mess of insallation and a gaping hole. Bel come over the night before a heavy rain and did an emergency repair. The follwong day he came over and made a complete permenant repair in the three areas torn up by the raccoon. High quality, totally professional, VERY responsive and customer focused. This company is an affordable solution for high quality roof repairs! He is my "go to guy" for any future roofing needs."

"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

"They are very professional and took the time to listen to my needs for putting a new roof on my house. They took the time to walk around the house with while I explained what I needed and they also offer other services in the event I need to have them come back and do other work. They explained that by putting down 10% the price would be locked in for six months and gave me a two month extension. I have a house that was built in 1900, its sheathed with 1" boards and because its Timber-Framed the stud spacing is 20-22 inches on the building so I addressed the issue that would come up if they took out the sheathing and they said no problem. They'll just put plywood over the existing sheathing, then put down a waterproof membrane and then install the metal roofing I want and the house will gave a new fresh look. I'd hire them again in a heart beat. This was just an estimate they did but they were still top notch. I'm looking forward to when the roof gets replaced."

"I contacted Byam Construction for a roof repair estimate in September of 2022. Mr. Byam promptly came to the house to evaluate and provide a written detailed quote. Prior to hiring, without obligation, he applied a temporary patch to prevent any additional damage. After evaluating several quotes, I hired Byam Construction. As scheduled, his worker showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manor. It has been several months and the repair survived the winter and I expect it will survive many more. Roger was not the lowest estimate. However, he was one of few to conduct business professionally. The quality of work and conduct of his employees reflects this. Other companies provided verbal quotes without even going on the roof or into the attic to evaluate the damage. I highly recommend Byam Construction and would hire them again without hesitation."

Boris is a General Contractor and the only one that would take on not only the siding but repaired the extensive dry rot around the front door and 2 windows. His team is 2nd to none.
