They came and demolished the existing completely demolished roof. They removed the roof down to the base. Put a complete new layer/base of ALL NEW plywood covering the roof covering it in its entity. I have NEVER seen a more cleanly straight laid work in my life. They bought in a truck and consistently cleaned up ALL the debris VERY CLEAN!! they left my property in WAY better condition than when they arrived.
