"Finest Fence took a lot of time working with multiple families to come up with a workable solution. Finest Fence (FF) was not the cheapest, but choose them based on reviews. We accepted FF's proposal in totality including the suggested upgrade, except for a middle or third rail. Anything missing from the scope of our job was not due to us turning it down. While installing the new gate, the workers got spray paint on the house (pic). Awkward transition from the gate to the connecting fence. The problem was fixed, see the before and after pic. Did not connect the new fence to the old section of fence. The problem was fixed, see before picture. They removed cinder blocks that were preventing soil erosion on the slope between my house and our neighbor's house with new boards. The new boards do were unsightly and do not prevent erosion."

"After having the job quoted, there was a significant delay in starting since the material we wanted had to be shipped in from the East Coast. Stump let us know ahead of time when they would start the job, and the work began on the day that they promised. The job was finished more quickly than I expected. Stump cleaned up after themselves quite thoroughly. One of my neighbors liked the work that Stump did for me (the fences are all on shared property lines), and hired them to do work on their property as well."

I was seeking privacy and a secure area for a dog. At the south side of the lot, no fence existed; many years before, on the north side, the neighbor had put up a lattice-work fence and a wire fence, both of which had seen better days. <br /> From my initial telephone conversation with Gary until the completion of the job, everything went flawlessly. The only feedback I would provide them is that they should be more flexible with their estimate days/times as its tough to make a Monday through Friday business hour time work. They're busy, so I had trouble getting an estimate day/time that worked with my busy schedule. I was patient and it paid off. :) <br />"
