Dave Harrison came to our house, walking us through all the steps and answering whatever questions we had. We felt very good about our decision. The roofing team arrived earlier this past week. "I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. "We had Power do our Roof and Gutters on our 120 year old home. This is our first big project on our new house and Power made the experience great. Their were a couple of hiccups but Power was able to rectify the situations. The project was supposed to be a 2 day project, but when taking the old shingles off they noticed the roof decking needed to be repaired because of significant wood rot. They finished the total project in 4 days. Power met every expectation. One part of the process that was a little frustrating was that I didn’t have one point person to talk to if I had questions. I had multiple project managers but I did get all my questions answered when I called. We would definitely recommend them to anyone."

Matt Sicard, the owner, was on site the morning of the installation to ensure the materials arrived on time and that his team had everything they required. He then returned as the installers were completing the work to further ensure everything was correct and to do a walk around with me. The installers did a great job on the set up, installation, and clean up. My wife and I were concerned about there being nails left behind in the yard, as we have a rambunctious dog. "I hired Wilmer and his assistant to fix small cracks that were starting to appear on the seams of a rubber roof. They came to inspect it, explained how it should be repaired and provided a quote. It was not an emergency repair but they slotted me in for the next business day after the weekend and a holiday. They were done in about an hour. I asked them for advice on managing the water overshooting the gutter at a valley without expecting anything but information. Wilmer came up with a custom barrier on the spot and sealed it place that is likely going to be much better fix than the small flange Lowe s sells for that problem (we ll see when it rains next).
