"Jacob came to my house after hours to troubleshoot my oven on the day before Christmas Eve. He found the problem but didn't have it with him. He left to get the part and came back with a substitute part to get me by. He returned a week later to install the original part. He got me out of a bind on the first trip because he knew that I was cooking for Christmas dinner. It was late at night by the time he left my house.
