Serviceman came right to our home that very morning to assess. Ended up being the compressor. They had to transport fridge to their workshop to fix it, and were very concerned about the inconvenience this would cause to us. They even offered to bring a temporary replacement, which would've been a big hassle for them. The work ended up being warrantied, and they worked directly with GE on my behalf. Highly recommend these guys! They're very pleasant to deal with, and extremely customer service oriented!"
