They checked my attic for mold since the bathroom. fan only went to the attic. I am extremely satisfied with the work and how nice everyone was, including the lady in the office. "Leo and Ricardo showed up to look at the job on time and they were very professional. They evaluated all the troubled spots and took pictures. They provided a comprehensive quote within a day or two complete with the photos they had taken. I had a few questions on the quote which May in the office tried to answer. Once she was unable to answer some of these questions she had Leo and Ricardo call me. May is very easy to get in touch with but Leo and Ricardo are a little more difficult to reach since they are out in the field all day. Once I approved the quote the were at the house the next day to erect scaffolding. They also were expecting a deposit from me which was never made clear so there was a little confusion there. Our house was built in 1884 so after they started work they discovered the roof was in worse shape then they originally anticipated. They were quick to send photos of the condition of the roof but I was never given a firm price as to what the additional costs would be. They completed work in 3-4 days and clean up was done professionally. The additional work they needed to do was significant and I was never fully made aware of what this was until I received the final bill. I trusted Farina that the price Farina billed me on the additional work was fair. This is based on the other quotes I received from other roofers-all of which seemed either too simplistic of a fix or far too comprehensive and expensive considering the size of the leaks."

Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again!
