Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing repairers in South Elgin, IL

"Arek from Franos Roofing arrived on the day and time promised and did a fantastic job repairing our roof. He went above and beyond our expectations by taking the time to perfectly match our shingles making the repair virtually invisible. In a world of no call backs and no shows, it was refreshing to have a company come through in a professional and reliable manner!"

"Starting from when I began getting quotes from roofers, I was thoroughly impressed with Eugene and his company Estate Exteriors. He came to my house, inspected my roof, then sat down with me and explained the whole roofing process from beginning to end including the cost (no payment until the work was completed). He was never pushy but wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. When I finally made the decision to choose Estate Exteriors, Eugene helped me choose the shingle color and, again made sure any questions were answered. Once the crew arrived, they immediately got to work. If they found needed roof repair, phots were taken which Eugene shared with me. When the work was completed, clean-up was excellent, and Eugene returned the next day to inspect the work and do any extra clean-up. I am very happy with my new roof and know that I chose the right company. I would recommend it to anyone needing a new roof."

"Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all. Thank you again Sam, I sincerely appreciate it!!!"

"Great job. Came and replaced the shingles and other damage on the roof. Outstanding work. Thank you."

"Tom Burke, owner of Tom's Construction, returned my call requesting an estimate promptly, and was friendly, professional, and helpful in thoroughly discussing the extensive foundation repairs needed for our home. Although he was unable to perform the work personally due to our location, he referred us to others whom he believed could perform the work. He very kindly answered my questions, and extended himself above and beyond what would normally be anticipated knowing that we would be unable to enter into a contractual agreement at this time. If I had the option of hiring him to complete work on my home, I would do so, as he favorably impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. I understand that he will be licensed to work in my area in the near future, and I will definitely keep him in mind for any future needs we may have.

"very professional. excellent customer service. I am very much impressed by the timing. They were always on time, My roof installed in around 9 hours. very clean job. After roof installation I hire them again to install cedar shaks and windows shutters. They came on time as promised and completed the job within couple of hours. I call them again to check my roof as I felt one of the shingle was not correctly nailed. Sam himself came in, check the whole roof again, fix the shingle to my satisfaction. Their prices are very reasonable. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone who has a roof or siding project coming up."

Everything was done per schedule, Vlad Smolyanov sales person took lots of time to explain the options, checked existing roofing, recommended the right kind of shingles and very professional to work with. I highly recommend Victorâ s roofing."

"We had a roof in desperate need of repair. A&D not only quoted us the best price, they used the highest quality shingles. They offer a wide variety of services such as soffit/fascia replacement. Their crews were professional, hard working, and skilled craftspeople."

"Efficient and quickly repaired the issue."

"I had my entire roof and gutters replaced. Home Genius did a great job under what could only be considered unprecedented circumstances. Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The roof and gutters look great and I get compliments regularly on it."
