We have a big maple that shades the lawn and it's so hard to get grass to grow, but they try their darnedest to put down some shady grass. Whenever they come out, they come out. I never catch them, but they are good and have done the job. We do an annual contract with a 5% discount. The price depends on your square footage. They do make allowances if you take some areas out of your lawn."
